INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY

Anvranta welcomes customers from around the world.

1. International Availability

Anvranta may ship products internationally, including to destinations in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, United Arab Emirates and other serviceable destinations.

Availability may vary by product, destination and applicable laws.

2. Destination Restrictions

Anvranta may decline or restrict an order where:

  • the destination is not serviceable;

  • local law restricts the product;

  • customs restrictions apply;

  • carrier restrictions apply;

  • sanctions or compliance considerations apply; or

  • other operational or legal concerns prevent shipment.

3. Customs

The customer is the importer of the shipment unless otherwise expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • VAT/GST;

  • brokerage charges;

  • customs clearance fees;

  • handling charges;

  • storage fees; and

  • other charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Customs Documentation

Anvranta may provide commercially and legally required information for customs and shipping purposes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for importation.

5. Customs Delays

Customs processing is outside Anvranta's control.

A customs delay does not automatically constitute a failure by Anvranta to fulfil an order.

6. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses a shipment or fails to complete customs requirements, the shipment may be returned, abandoned or otherwise handled by the carrier or customs authorities.

Applicable non-recoverable shipping, customs, return or transaction costs may be adjusted against amounts otherwise payable, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Local Laws

Customers are responsible for determining whether products can legally be imported into their destination country.

Anvranta does not guarantee that every product is importable into every jurisdiction.

8. Currency

International customers may be able to view and pay in supported currencies.

Currency conversion is subject to applicable payment provider and financial institution rates.

9. Delivery

International delivery is ordinarily estimated at 15–20 working days after dispatch, subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
