PAYMENT POLICY

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Anvranta may accept payment methods made available through its website and payment service providers, including, where supported:

  • credit cards;

  • debit cards;

  • UPI;

  • net banking;

  • digital wallets;

  • electronic payment methods such as Apple Pay, etc;

  • payment-provider-supported local payment methods; and

  • EMI or other financing options where specifically made available at checkout.

Available methods may vary by country, currency, device, transaction value and payment-provider eligibility.

2. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available unless expressly introduced by Anvranta for a particular market, product or promotional programme.

3. Currency

Anvranta may display product prices and accept payment in multiple currencies.

Currency availability is determined by the website configuration and payment service provider.

Where applicable, the payment processor, card issuer or financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee.

4. Payment Authorisation

An order will ordinarily be processed only after successful payment confirmation or authorisation.

Anvranta may delay fulfilment while payment is being verified.

5. Payment Failures

Where a payment fails, is reversed, is declined, is not authorised or is otherwise not successfully completed, Anvranta may treat the order as unpaid and may cancel or hold the order.

Where a payment is debited but an order is not successfully created, the customer should contact Anvranta with the relevant transaction details.

6. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party banks, payment gateways, acquiring banks, card networks and other payment service providers.

Anvranta does not control the independent systems, policies, security procedures, downtime, exchange rates or processing decisions of those third parties.

Customers may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

7. Payment Information

Anvranta may collect and retain limited transaction-related information as permitted or required by applicable law.

Sensitive payment credentials such as complete card information, authentication information or payment credentials may be processed by authorised payment service providers rather than being directly stored by Anvranta, depending on the payment method and technical setup.

8. Fraud Prevention

Anvranta may undertake reasonable payment, identity, transaction and fraud-prevention checks.

An order may be held, declined or cancelled where a transaction presents reasonable fraud, security, compliance or payment-related concerns.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should first contact Anvranta at hi@anvranta.com regarding an order concern so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.

Customers must provide accurate order and payment information when raising a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's rights under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, bundles and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • promotional benefits cannot be transferred;

  • only one promotional code may be used per order where the website so provides; and

  • promotional terms displayed at checkout shall govern the relevant offer.

11. Taxes

Applicable taxes will be reflected or handled at checkout as required based on the customer's location, transaction structure and applicable law.

International customers remain responsible for destination-country duties, taxes and charges unless Anvranta expressly states otherwise.

12. Order Confirmation

An electronic order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order where Anvranta retains a right to verify payment, availability, fraud risk, destination eligibility or other order conditions.
