SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Anvranta, we aim to make every order secure, carefully packaged and delivered reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through Anvranta.com are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through Anvranta.com, including orders delivered within India and orders delivered to international destinations.

Anvranta currently accepts orders from customers internationally, subject to product availability, destination serviceability, applicable laws, customs restrictions, sanctions, carrier restrictions and other circumstances that may affect delivery.

2. Order Processing

All Anvranta products are generally offered as ready-to-ship products.

Orders are ordinarily processed within up to 5 business days after successful confirmation of the order and payment.

Processing time may be longer in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • unusually high order volumes;
  • public holidays or weekends;
  • inventory verification;
  • payment verification;
  • address clarification;
  • security or fraud-prevention checks;
  • courier or logistics disruptions;
  • unforeseen operational circumstances; or
  • events beyond Anvranta's reasonable control.

The processing period is separate from transit and delivery time.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the applicable courier, logistics provider or shipping partner.

3. Delivery Time

For international orders, the indicative delivery period is approximately 15–20 working days after dispatch, subject to destination, customs clearance, carrier operations and other circumstances beyond Anvranta's reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless Anvranta expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Actual delivery time may vary based on the destination country, local courier network, customs procedures, weather, local holidays, strikes, regulatory restrictions and other circumstances.

4. Shipping Partners

Anvranta may use one or more logistics and courier providers depending on the destination and nature of the shipment.

Such providers may include, without limitation, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, India Post, Shiprocket or other logistics partners selected by Anvranta.

Anvranta may change the shipping provider without prior notice where reasonably required for operational, commercial, security or serviceability reasons.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Anvranta currently offers free shipping on orders having a qualifying order value of USD 200 or its applicable equivalent, subject to the terms displayed at checkout and any exclusions applicable to a particular destination or product.

For orders below the qualifying amount, shipping charges may apply.

The applicable shipping amount may depend upon factors including destination, package dimensions, weight, shipping method, carrier charges, insurance, remote-area surcharges and other logistical costs.

The final shipping charge displayed at checkout will govern the order.

6. Currency and Exchange Rates

Anvranta may display prices and accept payment in currencies supported by the website and payment service provider.

Where a customer views or pays for an order in a currency other than the currency used by Anvranta for settlement, the displayed or charged amount may be affected by applicable foreign exchange conversion rates, card issuer conversion rates, payment-provider conversion rates, intermediary bank charges or other financial-service charges.

Anvranta does not control foreign exchange rates imposed by banks, card networks or payment providers.

7. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers acknowledge that shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, clearance charges, brokerage fees, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing by Anvranta, all such destination-country charges shall be borne by the customer.

Anvranta does not guarantee that an order will be exempt from customs duties, taxes or other governmental charges.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import laws and regulations in their destination country.

Anvranta may provide shipment or commercial documentation reasonably required for customs and logistics purposes.

8. Customs Delays

Customs clearance may delay an international shipment.

Anvranta does not control the customs authorities of any destination country and cannot guarantee the time required for customs inspection or clearance.

Where additional documentation, information, payment of duties or customer action is required, the customer is responsible for providing or completing the same promptly.

Failure by a customer to respond to customs requests, pay applicable import charges or comply with local requirements may result in delay, return, abandonment or other disposition of the shipment.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.

Anvranta shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, failed deliveries or returns caused by:

  • incorrect addresses;
  • incomplete addresses;
  • incorrect postal codes;
  • incorrect telephone numbers;
  • unavailable recipients;
  • refusal to accept delivery; or
  • customer-provided delivery instructions that prevent successful delivery.

If an address correction is requested after dispatch, Anvranta may assist where possible, but cannot guarantee that the change can be implemented.

10. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts according to their operational procedures.

Customers should remain available or provide appropriate delivery instructions where reasonably possible.

Where a shipment is returned because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, fails to complete customs formalities or otherwise prevents successful delivery, Anvranta may adjust or recover applicable shipping, return, customs, transaction or other non-recoverable charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Refusal of Delivery

A customer may refuse delivery of a shipment.

A refusal after dispatch may result in the shipment being returned to Anvranta or otherwise handled according to the courier's procedures.

Any applicable shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, customs charges, transaction charges or other non-recoverable costs may be adjusted against any amount otherwise due to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refusal of delivery does not automatically create a right to a monetary refund.

Any eligible amount, where applicable, shall be dealt with according to Anvranta's Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policies and applicable law.

12. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed, lost or undelivered, Anvranta may investigate the shipment with the applicable courier or logistics partner.

For higher-value shipments, Anvranta may use insured shipping services where available and commercially appropriate.

Resolution may depend on the courier investigation, insurance claim process, customs status and available shipment records.

Anvranta may, where appropriate and at its discretion, provide a replacement or other resolution where the shipment is genuinely lost or otherwise qualifies under applicable law.

13. Damaged Packages

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the external package condition before accepting delivery.

Where the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, opened, crushed, wet or otherwise compromised, customers should:

  1. record the condition of the package;
  2. take photographs or video;
  3. record a continuous unboxing video where possible; and
  4. notify Anvranta promptly.

Customers should not discard packaging material until the matter is fully resolved.

14. Delivery Confirmation

Tracking information and carrier records may be treated as evidence of dispatch, attempted delivery and delivery, subject to correction where the carrier record is demonstrably inaccurate.

15. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control

Anvranta shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, customs actions, transportation disruptions, carrier failures, technical failures or other unforeseen events.

16. No Guaranteed Delivery Date

Any estimated delivery period provided by Anvranta, a courier or the website is an estimate only unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

A delivery delay does not by itself establish a right to cancellation, refund, compensation or damages, except where such right is required under applicable law.
