RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS POLICY
Anvranta carefully inspects products before dispatch and maintains packing records for orders. Because our products include jewellery and fine décor items that may be delicate, collectible, decorative or susceptible to handling and wear, we maintain a strict return policy.
1. General No-Return Policy
All sales are generally final.
Anvranta does not accept returns merely because a customer has changed their mind, does not like the product after purchase, ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong size or colour where applicable, no longer requires the item, or otherwise decides not to retain the product.
Returns are generally not accepted for reasons of preference, style, colour preference, personal taste or “not as expected” where the product supplied corresponds materially with the product description.
This policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
2. Situations in Which a Claim May Be Considered
A customer may contact Anvranta regarding an order only where the product is:
- demonstrably damaged;
- materially defective due to a manufacturing defect; or
- materially incorrect compared with the product ordered.
Claims relating to such circumstances are subject to the requirements and verification process set out below.
3. Reporting Period
Any claim for damage, manufacturing defect or incorrect product must be reported to Anvranta within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may be rejected unless Anvranta determines that circumstances reasonably justify an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Mandatory Evidence
To protect customers and Anvranta against transit damage, misuse, fraud and other disputes, customers are required to provide clear evidence of the issue.
For any claim, the customer should provide:
- the order number;
- photographs of the outer shipping package;
- photographs of the shipping label;
- clear photographs/videos of the product;
- a clear description of the alleged defect, damage or incorrect item; and
- a continuous unboxing video, where available, showing the package from its sealed condition through opening and inspection of the product.
The unboxing video should, wherever reasonably possible:
- show the entire unopened package;
- show the shipping label;
- show the opening process continuously;
- clearly show the product and all packaging;
- not contain unexplained cuts, edits or gaps; and
- clearly demonstrate the alleged issue.
Anvranta may require additional photographs, videos, documents or other evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
5. Anvranta Packing Records
Anvranta may record, photograph or video-record products and packaging during the packing and dispatch process.
Such internal records may include the condition of the product, packaging, accessories, labels, quantity and other order details.
Anvranta may compare the customer's evidence with its internal packing, quality-control and dispatch records when evaluating a claim.
6. Manufacturing Defects
A manufacturing defect means a defect attributable to the manufacturing or original construction of the product and not caused by ordinary wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, chemicals, moisture, impact, alteration, storage conditions or other post-delivery circumstances.
A claim that the product is defective does not automatically establish that a manufacturing defect exists.
Anvranta may inspect available evidence and determine whether the issue reasonably appears to be a manufacturing defect.
7. Transit Damage
Where an item appears to have been damaged during transportation, customers must provide the required evidence within the prescribed reporting period.
Because Anvranta may use insured shipping services for eligible/high-value shipments, Anvranta may pursue a claim with the applicable courier or insurer where appropriate.
A customer may be requested to preserve the product, packaging and shipping materials until Anvranta completes its investigation.
8. Incorrect Product
If Anvranta dispatches a materially incorrect product, the customer must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide the evidence described above.
Anvranta may review the order record, product SKU, packing record, dispatch information and customer evidence before determining the appropriate resolution.
9. No Returns for Normal Wear
The following are generally not treated as defects:
- scratches caused after delivery;
- tarnishing or discolouration arising from use or environmental exposure;
- fading or deterioration caused by perfumes, cosmetics, sweat, moisture, chemicals or cleaning agents;
- wear resulting from ordinary use;
- breakage caused by impact, force, accident or mishandling;
- damage caused by incorrect storage;
- damage caused by modification or repair by a third party;
- minor variations inherent in materials, finishes, handmade or decorative characteristics, where disclosed or reasonably expected; or
- differences caused by screen brightness, colour calibration or photographic conditions.
Product-specific care instructions and material information displayed on the product page should always be followed.
10. Hygiene and Nature of Jewellery
For hygiene, handling and product-integrity reasons, imitation/fashion jewellery is non-returnable except for an eligible damaged, materially incorrect or genuine manufacturing-defect claim.
11. Resolution of an Approved Claim
Where Anvranta accepts a claim after review, Anvranta may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- replacement of the affected product;
- store credit;
- other suitable remedy; or
- another remedy required under applicable law.
Anvranta may, depending on the circumstances, allow the customer to retain the affected product rather than requiring physical return.
Where a return is required, Anvranta will provide appropriate return instructions.
12. Store Credit
As a normal commercial remedy, approved eligible claims may be resolved through Anvranta store credit rather than a cash or payment-method refund.
Store credit may be issued only after Anvranta has approved the claim.
Store credit may be subject to the terms displayed at the time of issuance, including validity period, minimum purchase requirements or other reasonable administrative conditions.
Where applicable law requires a monetary refund or another remedy that cannot lawfully be replaced by store credit, Anvranta will comply with the applicable legal requirement.
13. Refunds
Anvranta does not voluntarily offer cash refunds for ordinary change-of-mind returns because such returns are not accepted.
Where a monetary refund is legally required or specifically approved by Anvranta, the amount and method of refund shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Transaction fees, shipping charges and other costs may be adjusted against an amount otherwise payable where permitted by applicable law and where such costs are genuinely incurred or non-recoverable.
14. Processing Period
Approved store credits or other eligible resolutions will ordinarily be processed within approximately 7–15 working daysafter Anvranta has completed the applicable review and verification.
Actual processing time may vary depending on investigation requirements, courier processes, payment-provider processes and other circumstances.
15. False, Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
Anvranta reserves the right to reject claims that are found, based on available evidence, to be fraudulent, manipulated, misleading, abusive or inconsistent with the relevant order records.
Repeated claims, manipulated photographs or videos, tampering, intentional damage or other abusive conduct may result in further action, including cancellation or restriction of customer accounts, subject to applicable law.
16. Product Retention
Where Anvranta confirms that no return is required, the customer may retain the affected product.
Customers must not discard, alter, repair or modify a disputed product before Anvranta confirms that the item may be retained, particularly where further inspection may be necessary.
17. No Automatic Acceptance
Submitting a claim does not mean that the claim has been accepted.
Every claim is subject to verification and review.
